Ingredients: Organic strong flour, water, and salt, and in this case a touch of live yeast.

Your order goes like this:
- Day 1 - You order your selection, before 3pm
- Day 2 - Your loaf is made and shaped and put to rest
- Day 3 - After fermenting all night, your loaf is baked, and ready for collection after 11am
