On our Farm in North Kildare (currently under Organic Conversion), we work our land responsibly and sustainably.
We set plenty of indigenous hedgerows and of course a garden, a few beehives, with lots of pollinator type plants like hyssop etc., wild bird cover and grass meadows.

Our rare breed cattle, Highlands, Belted Galloway and a mad Dexter! only eat grass and silage or haylage from our own grass, and they in turn give us back plenty of rich manure for our garden, that’s a circle!

Our sheep roam our organically managed pastures, our lambs feeding only on grass and mothers milk.

Within our gardens and tunnels, we grow firstly for flavour, only harvesting when fully ripened, thus reaching maximum nutrition and goodness.

Our meals-for-home, from the Farmhouse, are handmade carefully from scratch, here by our team. They are perfect for those short on time but who still want to eat healthy delicious food, for themselves and their families and friends, using only the best of ingredients.
