We grow fruit and veg on our farm in Kildare where we rear lambs, pigs and cattle. We use our seasonal produce in our kitchen.
All our bread is baked daily in the traditional way. We roast Irish chickens each morning, we slow cook
our gammon (17hrs.) in our Aga overnight. We make our own chutneys, relishes jam etc so it’s real food made here the long way.
All your food is cooked to order, the extra few minutes is so worth the wait, we think!
