We grow fruit and veg on our farm in Kildare where we rear lambs, pigs and cattle. We use our seasonal produce in our kitchen.
All our bread is baked daily in the traditional way. We roast Irish chickens each morning, we slow cook
our gammon (17hrs.) in our Aga overnight. We make our own chutneys, relishes jam etc so it’s real food made here the long way.

All your food is cooked to order, the extra few minutes is so worth the wait, we think!

Steeped Oats

Oats steeped in grated apple, topped with fresh fruit and a toss of our own granola with fresh sweet cicely and mint leaves from our garden.

Roasted spiced tomatoes peppers and chard with fresh herbs from our garden, topped with FR eggs and toasted sourdough.

Green Eggs

Another Farmhouse Classic, FR scrambled eggs with FH basil pesto and served with our slow-roasted tomatoes and toasted sourdough.

Our own bap filled with FXB’s sausage, bacon, Kelly’s white pudding, FR egg, and our own relish.

Farmhouse Super Salad

Roasted chickpeas, butternut squash, and beetroot with mixed leaves. Topped with dukkha, goats’ cheese, and citrus vinaigrette. (add Roast Irish chicken or Slow Cooked Gammon – €2.50 per addition)

Hot pot

Chicken and apricot tagine with winter couscous, crispy chickpeas and spiced almonds.

Brunch Salad

Homegrown leaves with smokey lardons, Kellys Black pudding, and poached pear with our balsamic dressing.

Jalapeño Chicken Sandwich

Roast Irish chicken with homegrown mixed leaves and jalapeño mayo served on our own bread.

Viva La Vegan

Smashed roasted carrot and butterbeans with a sauerkraut slaw, roasted tomato, pickled cucumber, and our garden leaves, PHEW!! , on sourdough.

Weekly Sambo Special
