Our menu changes through the seasons, purely to accommodate the variety of fruit and vegetables we grow in our walled garden. Not only does this ensure that our fruit and vegetables are reaching their maximum potential, it ensures that you’re getting the freshest food at its peak.
It’s not just fruit and vegetables that are taken from our farm, we produce thick, tender, Irish Spring lamb and our pork, bacon, and pudding are from our Gloucester Old Spot pigs.
We have our own in-house bakery where all the bread and cakes
are made from scratch.
There’s an abundance of mouth-watering aromas produced throughout the day in our café, from brewed Ariosa coffee beans and freshly baked bread and cakes to slow-roasting free-range chickens, ham and Dexter and Highland beef.
